Refund policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 


To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


You have 30 calendar days to contact us for a refund.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

*Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE

How to apply for a refund:

1. Contact us on phantomvisualsau@gmail.com to discuss a replacement or refund within 7 days of receipt of the product.

2. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must provide proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the damage or issues with your purchase.

3. If we are satisfied that the damage was not caused by you or incorrect application we will issue a refund.

Response Time;

We aim to process any requests for replacements or refunds within 10 days of receipt.
